The gif image looks like it is the poorest quality. The png looks a bit brighter than the jpeg.

 This is how i converted the TIF image into a JPEG PNG and GIF image. It is a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. Midterm 2

 This is the use of captioning! The top picture is my edit and the bottom is the original. I created a background for my text using the rectangle tool. Then I used a text box to add a caption to the picture. It's a midterm exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College. Midterm 1

 This is the removal of red eye using Gimp! The top picture is my edit and the bottom is the original. To do this, I selected a color for the eye using the dropper and used the paint brush to cover up the red eye. Assignment 2-2: my GIMP photo

 

here is a selfie I edited with GIMP! I gave myself a funny mustache with the pencil tool and used the paint tool to draw the hearts and stamp a star on the top left! i smudged some of the heart and some of the background of the picture. hope you guys like it :)

Assignment2-1: What is immersive education?

this is an example of Immersive education. Students couldn't afford a trip to the aquarium, so they went to one online!

This is an example of a lake environment where students can learn all of the aspects of what makes up the environment, including animals on a microscopic level.

I know for a fact my little brother would be certified in mine craft at this point! haha it is cool to think you can use virtual worlds to teach kids without them even knowing that they are learning.
